Job Description
Caretaker/Gardener/Housekeeper sought to look after beautiful 4 bed Georgian property set in 1.5 acres in rural Ireland 1hr from Cork. This role is for a minimum of 6 months with the probability of extending for 12 years.
Role would include general garden maintenance to keep the garden tidy and looking good mowing weeding etc.
Light housekeeping to include general cleaning and minimal laundry. Keeping the house presentable at all times. No cooking is required.
Single principal is in very occasional residence.
Security is important so it is preferred that the candidate resides at the property most nights. Holidays and planned time off can be accommodated with cover arranged.
Working 35hrs per week over 5 days can be very flexible regarding which days are worked.
Private basement flat provided as staff accommodation with all costs covered. Car provided on and off duty. Immediate start. Salary negotiable according to experience around 45k gross pa. This role is open to a single candidate or a couple. Regret not suitable for dependents but pets welcome.
