Job Description

Marketing Specialist Group Retirement Plans

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives focused on retirement plan sponsors in the Canadian market. This role involves collaborating with a creative and strategic team to enhance market presence and deliver exceptional value to clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity analytical skills and project management abilities. This position reports directly to the Head of Plan Sponsor & TPA Marketing North America.

Hourly salary of $33.46 to $45.03 based on experience.
12month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing deliverables and campaigns including digital print and event marketing efforts.
Coordinate with internal teams such as editorial design legal and compliance to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and communications.
Support the maintenance of marketing collateral including brochures presentations and digital content ensuring all materials are uptodate and compliant.
Assist in managing the team s content calendar scheduling and tracking of marketing activities.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Support the management team as needed.

What you will need to succeed:

Postsecondary education.
35 years of experience in a marketing role.
Knowledge of the financial services industry and group retirement market is a plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detailoriented with a critical eye for quality.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
Research information gathering and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
