Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and creative Resume Making Specialist to join our HR/Recruitment Consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting professional polished resumes that effectively showcase our clients skills experiences and achievements. This role demands strong attention to detail excellent writing skills and a passion for helping individuals succeed in their career goals.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit resumes for clients across various industries ensuring clarity accuracy and relevance.
  • Tailor resumes to specific job descriptions and client profiles to maximize job application success.
  • Conduct oneonone consultations with clients to gather information about their career objectives work history skills and educational background.
  • Offer professional advice on resume format content and overall presentation.
  • Develop compelling resume content that effectively highlights clients strengths and accomplishments.
  • Incorporate industryspecific keywords and phrases to enhance resume visibility in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ensure all resumes are free from grammatical errors typos and formatting inconsistencies.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism in all produced documents.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in English Communications Human Resources or a related field.
  • 01 years of experience in resume writing content creation or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
