We are looking for a Data Engineer with 2 years of experience

PROFILE TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team and become a pivotal role in the Agile squads leading transformation and BAU activities with the Cloud Contact Centre Technology area.

You will be responsible for the definition and execution of test requirements to prevent defects as well as identifying and eliminating any mistakes in the SW solution before its release to customers

EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS (Mandatory)

QA roles within technology teams focused on meeting established quality standards and industry benchmarks to ensure an exceptional user experience
Design and development work in QA management systems and tools
Involvement in the overall review and execution of manual and automated testing plans and procedures
Analysis of requiremetns and creation of test plans test cases and test documentation
Automation of test procedures
Contact Centres IVRs telephony and agent desktop solutions
Working in an Agile squads with a team of developers engineers and tech leads
Have strong interpersonal organizational problemsolving skills
Be innovative and detailoriented
Prove outstanding written and verbal communication skills

NICE TO HAVE

Certifications: Agile an AWS
Understanding of Financial institutions and Banking products/processes

Education :

Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field or substantial practical experience of software delivery at an advanced level.

WE OFFER:

Rate: 220/ 240 per day VAT (According to proven experience)
