About the company and the role:

My client is a pioneering protocol for smart, tokenized wallets, designed to accelerate project outcomes and facilitate on-chain asset management. The platform empowers users to build, scale, and monetize investment strategies, bridging the gap between traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi). As institutional adoption of DeFi grows and regulatory clarity improves, our clients platform continues to enable innovative crypto investment strategies and on-chain asset management.

They are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Manager with a strong background in both DeFi and TradFi, as well as experience in the crypto and Web3 space. This role involves creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and generating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our business goals and target audience.
• Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms to promote our products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the DeFi/Web3/Protocol space.
• 3-4 years of experience in DeFi/TradFi at a marketing manager level.
• Proven track record of creating and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of both DeFi and TradFi landscapes, as well as crypto and Web3 technologies.
• Excellent content creation skills and the ability to produce compelling marketing materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
