Position : Financial Analyst

Working Hours : MF 9am5pm EST

Salary : 1500USD to 1900USD

Summary of Position:

We are seeking a detailoriented and highly analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role you will play a key part in our financial operations by handling various accounting tasks regulatory filings and data analysis. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and renewing regulatory licenses performing data entry and reconciliation in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and compiling and analyzing sales and marketing data. This position requires strong Excel skills attention to detail and excellent communication abilities. Knowledge of PowerBI or other BI tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting:

• Perform data entry and reconciliation in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance and identify variances.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Prepare financial statements reports and forecasts.

• Collect aggregate and perform basic analysis on sales and marketing data.
• Pull data from various systems to create comprehensive reports.

• Ensure timely renewal of licenses on strictly periodic deadlines.
• Conduct regulatory filings and reporting.
• Draft fill in and upload necessary documents online.
• Submit and pay the required fees.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Some experience in accounting.
• Regulatory experience is not required.
• 2 years of experience in a financial analyst role or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data pulling and report generation.
• Knowledge of PowerBI or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
