Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Entry Level Social Media Agent. In this role you will be responsible for managing the company's social media platforms increasing brand awareness and driving engagement with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts
• Create and schedule content for various social media platforms
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns
• Conduct research on social media trends industry best practices and competitor activity
• Analyze social media data to measure the success of campaigns and provide insights for improvement
• Stay uptodate with changes in social media algorithms and trends to optimize content strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing communication or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook Twitter Instagram and LinkedIn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
• Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and photo/video editing software
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
