4. Adhoc executive assistant support
When not onboarding or answering client questions well want help with adhoc tasks to build the business.
Updating Asana. Building templates. Collecting testimonials etc.
Note: we expect adhoc tasks to reduce as we get more clients and enable you to focus entirely on keeping client relationships.
1. Youre personable
Were looking for a friendly face to answer client questions.
2. Great at English
Youll be interviewing candidates or on the phone with American clients.
3. High agency / resourceful / problem solver
We want to make clients happy. So as you see problems with our client experience youll be a great fit if you suggest ways to make it better and make it happen.
We also want you to be resourceful. If a client asks for something we should be able to solve the problem.
4. Great attention to detail
Well have you build relationships with 8 10 clients / month.
Well need high attention to detail to make sure we dont miss any client updates.
Well give you all the templates and resources you need to succeed.
You can onboard and deliver 10 clients / month.
