Job Description
- Assist H&S Manager and Snr H&S Manager on MEP H&S training strategy, design and development of H&S training modules.
- Assist H&S Manager and Snr H&S Manager to perform gap analysis and establish strategy to ensure systematic training plan and program.
- Liaise with the learning and development department to ensure the H&S training requirements and strategy.
- Assist H&S Manager and Snr H&S Manager to establish and implement short- and long-term strategic planning and implementation of Human Performance and Behavior Based safety programs.
