Brief Job Description:
- Analyze basic data and compile reports.
- Ensure staff files comply with JCI standards.
- Submit reports using MS Excel (spreadsheets and graphs).
- Submit reports using MS Word (documents graphs pictures).
- Use MS Outlook for emails calendar requests and reports.
- Compile MS PowerPoint presentations.
- Answer telephone calls provide information and receive documents.
- Submit time schedules.
Education Training and Certifications Required:
- Minimum: Completed high school
- Administrative qualification (advantageous)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint)
Background Experience Required:
- 3 years in a similar role
