Fullstack Engineer

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.

The Fullstack Developer (Golang) is responsible for designing developing and maintaining highperformance reliable web applications using Svelte and SvelteKit for the frontend and highly scalable backend solutions and services using Golang. The role involves creating efficient and reusable backend systems APIs and microservices to support business requirements while ensuring the security performance and scalability of applications.

Requirements

Minimum education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.

Some specific specialties (masters degree/certification):

• Certifications in Golang or related technologies (preferred but not required).

Minimum experience:

• 2 years of experience in building backend applications with Golang.
• Familiarity with Svelte/SvelteKit or other componentbased web frameworks.

Valuable:

• Experience with CI/CD workflows (e.g. GitHub Actions).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g. Playwright Vitest).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure and Google Cloud.
• Experience with designing and implementing GraphQL APIs RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. Postgres MongoDB).
• Proficiency in additional programming languages (e.g. Java JavaScript TypeScript Rust).
• Experience with message queuing systems (e.g. NATS Kafka).
