Context

With a view to developing its Cloud environment and increasing its usage Market Pay is looking for a DevOps Engineer.

As part of the CTO team your main mission will be to ensure the continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) of our applications while maintaining a reliable and scalable infrastructure.

Youll be reinforcing an existing Devops team.

MISSIONS :

You will be involved in the design development and maintenance of the CI/CD pipelines as well as the administration and optimisation of the cloud infrastructure. You will be involved in the design and general administration of the platform as well as the technical implementation of environments for hosting Market Pays solutions and assets. A good knowledge of Kubernetes as well as GCP components is required: in particular the Networking Big Data Storage & Database Identity & Security services.

You will work closely with the development teams to ensure the smooth integration of new features.

PROFILE REQUESTED

Education and background

You have a Masters degree or IT engineering qualification (5 years higher education) at least 3 years experience in a similar role and you like to keep up to date with Cloud and Devops topics.

Hard skills

• Very good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Very good knowledge of Kubernetes
• Very good knowledge of Google Workspace
• Very good knowledge of infrastructure as code tools (terraform ansible github jenkins etc.)
• Knowledge of CI / CD oriented development chains DevOps
• Knowledge of a programming language (Python PHP Go etc.)
• Knowledge of Bigdata Sql NoSql
• Optimising platform usage costs in line with the companys financial challenges
• Supporting internal and external development teams with processes and tools
• Creation and maintenance of operating documentation
• Fluent English
