As we continue to expand our services we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Accounts Lead Human Resources Developer.

Position Overview:

The Sales Accounts Lead Human Resources Developer is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key accounts driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices as well as excellent communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts including conducting regular checkins and providing exceptional customer service
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness
Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their human resources needs and develop customized solutions
Create and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients highlighting the value and benefits of our services
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a positive and lasting relationship
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in human resources to effectively communicate our offerings and services to clients
Monitor and report on sales performance providing regular updates and recommendations to the management team

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management preferably in the human resources industry
Strong knowledge of human resources principles practices and industry trends
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Selfmotivated resultsdriven and able to work independently
Willingness to travel as needed
