Job Description:

Our client a leading construction equipment manufacturer is currently looking for a Warehouse Manager. The ideal candidate will possess detailed understanding of operational administrative and system processes in the warehouse as well as well experience in managing a team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daytoday operations in terms of receiving checking storing picking stock control activities quality health & safety and to ensure that these functions are carried out in a timely reliable and costeffective manner.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipment activities.
• Monitor and direct flow and/or movement of parts to ensure dock rotation and availability.
• Overseeing the proper processing of daily orders spreading workload among the warehouse personnel and directing work groups including inbound loads.
• Ensure thorough training/crosstraining of all warehouse personnel.
• Preparing and monitoring the methods used for unloading and loading including proper safety handling procedures.
• Directing auditing and confirming Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) methods based on Warehouse function.
• Ensuring that the warehouse and outside areas are kept clean and neat always depicting a professional image.
• This includes assigning and delegating clean up zones as needed.
• Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements:

• 35 years' experience in large scale warehousing operations.
• Detailed understanding of operational administrative and system processes in the warehouse.
• Well experience in managing a team.
• Ecommerce fulfillment experience.
• SAP experience
