Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive QA testing approach

Manage and lead a team of QA testers assigning tasks providing guidance and evaluating performance

Develop and maintain test documentation including test plans test cases and test results for all streams of QA tasks (functional automation performance usability).

Oversee the execution of test scripts ensuring thorough and accurate testing of all software features

Analyze test results identify defects and track their resolution

Risk management mitigation across all function areas.

Ensuring seemless communication across onshore and offshore.

SLA tracking and reporting.

Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve the quality of software products

Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and procedures

Addressing resources knowledge gaps conflicts leave/holiday management and coverage.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field

10 years of experience in software testing with a focus on test management

Experience managing and leading a team of QA testers

Strong understanding of test automation tools and techniques

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences

Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex software defects

Ability to work independently and as part of a team adapting to different project requirements and timeline
