Job Brief:
We are hiring for the position of Inbound International BPO Customer Care Executive (CCE) to join our dynamic Travel Process team. This role requires 6 months 2 years experience in international BPO Itinvolves working in a captive process handling flight booking and ticketing inquiries for our USbased customers.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service by managing inbound calls from international clients.
- Assist customers with flight booking ticketing and travelrelated inquiries.
- Handle customer queries efficiently and effectively in a USshift environment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing accurate information.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Skills Required:- Previous experience in an international BPO particularly in a travel process is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a USshift time zone.
- Knowledge of flight booking and ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
