A leading global Audiovisual Manufacturer is seeking a Western Region remote RSM in the United States for the End User Channel.
As the Regional Sales Manager for the USA West region (CA OR WA HI) you will represent the company s brand values and corporate culture. You will be responsible for driving sales developing and maintaining business relationships with existing customers and pursuing qualified new prospects. Your role is crucial in achieving company goals and expanding our market presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel within your territory to promote products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong trustbased relationships with existing customers and new prospects.
- Identify and engage with potential local production and integrator clients.
- Prospect for new endusers and venues within the territory.
- Organize and execute small product demonstrations (coaxial constant curvature) and regional marketing events.
- Participate in annual budget preparation for endusers and customers outside the Certified Provider network.
- Maintain prospecting lists and contacts in the CRM database convert leads to opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle.
- Contribute value to internal sales team meetings.
- Regularly report to the company submitting required reports in a timely manner to document customer visits weekly activities and regional updates.
- Obtain and transmit sales orders.
- Communicate sales quotations swiftly to customers and prospects.
- Support the company and the group in its evolving commercial growth strategy.
Requirements
Skills & Education Background:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pro Audio Sales with a proven track record.
- Experience with premium loudspeaker sales is preferred.
- Ability to develop and manage a distribution model for a specific product category.
- Energetic selfmotivated and possess a strong desire to win.
- Outstanding organization followup and presentation skills.
- Ability to sell premium products based on features and benefits.
- Knowledge of specific vertical markets (HOW Education PACs etc.) is preferred.
- Some knowledge of loudspeaker system design and application is a plus.
- Bachelor s degree in business is considered a plus.
Location and Travel:
- Applicant must reside in the territory (CA OR WA HI).
- Quarterly meetings to be held at the Corporate Office (Westlake Village CA). Some international travel for global sales meetings is required.
- Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Must have a valid driver s license and vehicle.
- Average expected travel is 5075%.
Options for remote work but must have the ability to come into the NYC office as needed for meetings. Ultra High-End Residential Audiovisual and Smart Home designs, working with high net-worth family offices, architects, home designers, and the internal design team. Supervisory experience a must- will have 5 direct reports. Residential AV experience is required, ideally a minimum of 5 years. Experience with design for large-scale residential AV projects, $200,000 or higher.
