Oversee the entire business development process from prospecting and lead

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior business development role within the healthcare

staffing industry with a focus on international placements.

Demonstrated success in creating and executing business development strategies

that drive significant growth.

Strong leadership communication and relationshipbuilding skills.

Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and a solid

background in sales healthcare is highly desirable.

Willingness to travel as needed to attend conferences seminars and industry

events.

Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment in the

USA.
