Athletic Travel Planner

With comprehensive training certification and a robust support team you will be equipped with all the resources necessary to excel in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and Coordinate Travel: Organize travel arrangements for sports teams individual athletes and fans including flights accommodation ground transportation and event tickets.
  

• Customize Itineraries: Create detailed and personalized travel itineraries that meet the specific needs and preferences of clients.
  

• Provide Expert Advice: Offer expert advice on destinations travel logistics and the best travel options for sports events.
  

• Book Travel Services: Use industryleading booking platforms to secure reservations for flights hotels transportation and other travel services.
  

• Ensure Smooth Travel Experiences: Monitor travel arrangements provide timely updates and handle any issues or changes that may arise during the travel process.
  

• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients travel partners and service providers.
  

• Market Services: Promote and market travel services to potential clients through various channels including social media networking and partnerships.
  

Qualifications:

• Passion for Sports and Travel: A strong interest in sports and a passion for travel.
  

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and partners.
  

• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and timemanagement abilities to handle multiple clients and travel arrangements simultaneously.
  

• Sales Skills: Ability to promote and sell travel packages and services.
  

• Technical Proficiency: Competence in using booking software CRM systems and general computer applications.
