Responsibilities
- Organize and Archive Documents: Develop and maintain an efficient archiving system.
- Document Retrieval: Retrieve documents upon request and ensure timely access for authorized personnel.
- Longterm Storage Strategy: Outline and implement a strategy for longterm storage of legal documents.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all documentation practices comply with relevant regulations.
- Training: Train staff on proper document management and usage practices.
- Audit Assistance: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law Business Administration Communications or a related field.
- Previous internship or work experience in a legal or administrative setting is a plus.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for legal documentation.
- Possibility of signing an internship agreement with an university or business school (minimum 6 months).
*Experience and Qualification: No experience is required as this is a trainee position however previous experience is welcomed.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with document management software and administrative technology.
- Proficiency in Google Drive Google Docs etc.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
- Ability to use electronic filing systems.
- English B2 min.
