Job Description

In the face of this unprecedented growth we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Administration trainee to join our dynamic Legal team. Responsibilities

  • Organize and Archive Documents: Develop and maintain an efficient archiving system.
  • Document Retrieval: Retrieve documents upon request and ensure timely access for authorized personnel.
  • Longterm Storage Strategy: Outline and implement a strategy for longterm storage of legal documents.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all documentation practices comply with relevant regulations.
  • Training: Train staff on proper document management and usage practices.
  • Audit Assistance: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.


Requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law Business Administration Communications or a related field.
  • Previous internship or work experience in a legal or administrative setting is a plus.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for legal documentation.
  • Possibility of signing an internship agreement with an university or business school (minimum 6 months).

*Experience and Qualification: No experience is required as this is a trainee position however previous experience is welcomed.


Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with document management software and administrative technology.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive Google Docs etc.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Ability to use electronic filing systems.
  • English B2 min.

Talent Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
