Job Description
This is a remote position.
Join our client a #1 AI editorial content and technology media company in the US. With more than 6M unique monthly visitors their inperson events conferences and meetups gather toptier highprofile technical leaders and decisionmakers in enterprises AI/ML and gaming.
We are seeking a Content Program Manager who values highquality technical content at inperson conferences and meetups. If you re an AI expert and excellent negotiator with experience attracting highprofile speakers and managing their agendas we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire speaker logistics process from start to finish
- Have a deep understanding and cooperation on the event goals audience sponsor deliverables and content strategy
- Identify and reach out to highprofile key industry speakers
- Collaborate with speakers and internal and external teams to create topics and agendas
- Arrange and run both 1on1 and group prep calls introducing speakers to moderators and other panelists
- Seamlessly incorporate sponsored speakers into the agenda
- Organize and maintain content templates and documentation
- Conduct market research for the best companies personas research and events in the AI and Tech space
Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of Tech Events industry experience
- Successful track record of attracting and managing toptier highprofile speakers for events
- Excellent familiarity with trends around AI data cloud and transformative technologies
- Confident communicating with Directors VPs and Clevel in enterprise companies and hot startups
- Diplomat with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Proactive strategic thinker
Preferred qualifications:
- Established connections with potential speakers is a plus
- Project management or Partnerships sales background is a plus
