Job Description
Test Planning and Execution:
- Create detailed, well-structured test plans and cases to ensure the software meets all requirements.
- Perform manual and automated testing, simulating various user scenarios to guarantee functional and user-friendly applications.
Defect Tracking and Reporting:
- Efficiently identify, document, and track any discrepancies or bugs in the application.
- Liaise with the development team to ensure swift resolution of issues.
- Keep comprehensive records of testing phases and defects.
Quality Assurance Processes:
- Establish, implement, and monitor quality assurance protocols and standards.
- Enhance testing strategies and methodologies to improve product quality continually.
- Ensure all deliverables consistently meet the highest quality, reliability, and performance standards.
Collaboration and Feedback:
- Engage with development and product teams to thoroughly understand software specifications and user requirements.
- Offer insightful feedback and suggestions to elevate product quality and user satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in QA testing and tools, especially those related to Microsoft DevOps or similar platforms.
