Job Description
1.Supervision and Leadership: Lead and manage a team of production workers, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. And should be skilled in interpreting drawings and promptly rectifying any issues that arise, He needs to organize the delivery requests for raw materials and liaise with the purchasing department to ensure smooth coordination.
2. Production Management: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the precast production process, including batching, casting, curing, stripping, and finishing, to meet production targets and quality standards.
3.Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that precast components meet specified standards and customer requirements.
