Your new role will be...
Management of incoming calls and back office Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right
methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team targets and case handling quotas.
Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies to deliver timely accurate and professional customer service via phone and email.

Schedules: MondaySaturday 9am 9pm; Base Salary 1150 per 14 months;10% monthly performance bonus; meal Allowance.

Requirements to join the team:
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
German native speaker and English B2
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Hold EU ID or Ressidence card
Greece Athens on site/hybrid homeoffice
Candidates from Tunisia (German Speakers C1 level accepted) will be provided with Visa and Relocation support!
