3 Positions Open:

• LPN INPATIENT REHAB NEURO STROKE
• LPN INPATIENT REHAB BRAIN INJURY
• LPN INPATIENT REHAB SPINAL INJURY

As an LPN/LVN you will provide basic care to nursing patients and work under an RN.

Must Haves:

• Completion of LPN/LVN program
• Recent patient care experience
• Washington Licensed Practical Nurse
• National Provider BLS American Heart Association is required upon hire.
  

Preferred:

• Recent experience in an acute care facility
  

Senior LPN/LVN

Must Haves:

• Completion of LPN/LVN program
• 5 years of LPN/LVN experience
• 5 years of recent patient care experience
• Washington Licensed Practical Nurse
• National Provider BLS American Heart Association is required upon hire
  

Preferred:

• 5 years of recent experience in an acute care facility
