As an EMS (Energy Management System) Engineer you will play a pivotal role inoptimizing the operation of power generation for the customers of or client. Your expertise will contribute toensuring safe secure environmentally friendly and costeffective operations of power plants.
Responsibilities:
Act as an application expert for system deliveries to customers in Europe Asia Africa andOceania.
Collaborate with theircustomers EMS experts to configure our EMS applications to meet thecustomer requirements.
Work closely with customers to develop efficient and robust workflow integrations betweenSCADA/EMS systems and other IT/OT systems leveraging stateoftheart interface and integrationtechnologies.
Create and execute test plans and procedures with customers to ensure the system meetscontractual requirements.
Provide training to customers on operating EMS functions within the system.
Coordinate and efficiently resolve technical problems reported by customers in collaboration with ourtechnical team.
Provide expert support to the proposals and tendering team enabling our client to submit highquality bids.

Qualifications:
You are about to finish or have an PhD in power electronics energy systems electrical engineering computer science or similar.
Previous experience in the SCADA/EMS systems business.
Previous experience in Operator Training Simulator (OTS/DTS).
Solid understanding of Energy/Generation Management Systems and their components.
Profound understanding of power transmission networks.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C and FORTRAN.
Willingness to travel and work at the customer locations.
Strong analytical and communication skills with an eagerness to thrive in a dynamic and multiculturalenvironment.
Fluent in English both written and spoken to effectively engage with a diverse range ofstakeholders.
