Job Description
Greetings From Achyutam International!.
We are hiring for the role of Logistics coordinator for a reputed industry based out at West Africa Location.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experience in Export Logistics Liasion with Shipping Lines
- Followup and tracking of consignments
- Handling of CHAs ( Custom House Agents / clearing agents).
- Coordinate and oversee the logistics operations for the export and import of agricultural commodities.
- Manage and track shipments to ensure ontime delivery and address any issues that may arise during transit.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations customs requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels and ensure accurate and efficient handling of goods.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers vendors and logistics service providers.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and service providers to ensure costeffective logistics solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments inventory and logistics activities.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders on shipment status and any potential delays or issues.
Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
