Shift Notes: 8hr days 40hours scheduled 30hr guarantee

• 2years Current experience in outpatient oncology and infusion
• Chemo Cert and Oncology Certified RN REQUIRED
• Peripheral IV Insertion Experience Required
• Port/Fistula/Catheter Experience Required
• IV Certification Required
• The previous traveler preferred
• BSN preferred
• Cerner Experience Required

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys BLS ONC Cert CHEMO CERT ACLS PERM ADDRESS Facility will not pend license/certs)
