Job Description
Position : Sr. QA/QC Engineer
Job location : Chennai
Review & implementation of Project Specifications / Codes & stds
PO Inspection requirements
EN 10204 Certification requirements
IGP & Raw Material Inspection
Preparing and obtaining necessary approvals of Quality Assurance plans (QAP) and Procedures as per requirement of the Project.
Establishment of WPS / PQR / WPQ
Ensuring that all works are carried out in a controlled manner. Welding NDE Coating and Painting are done by properly qualified personnel using controlled parameters in line with approved procedures and necessary Quality Records.
Organizing and monitoring the Stage Inspections required as per approved QAP for all Construction activities.
Continuously updating all Quality System records
Maintaining records of calibration of inspection and test equipment
