Core requirements:
Strong System Design especially around designing highly available fault tolerant resilient high throughput and performant database systems
Hands on experience with observability platforms and building dashboards
Strong track record of timely delivery; frequent consistent and sustained high saydo ratio
Strong track record of frequent consistent and sustained coding contributions
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable with async communication channels
