Digital Science is a fast-growing, mission-driven technology company offering software products to advance research and enable researchers to focus on their mission. Our software is used by millions around the world in a range of fields from students, to professional scientists at biotechs and pharmaceuticals, to governments and funding agencies. Currently we have over 15 individual products, covering data and information visualisation, publishing workflow management and scientific collaboration.
Your new role
This flexible, fully remote role is within the newly established central design team. The successful candidate will help understand problems and craft meaningful holistic solutions in the corporate research space. This is an exciting time to join the company with an opportunity to materially impact how design is done at Digital Science and create a positive impact for millions of people advancing global science.
We are looking for a senior level strategic designer who enjoys working in complex domains to create meaningful impact and thrives in collaborating with multiple teams. Many of our design problems will revolve around efficiency, information retrieval and visualisation with a diverse range of opportunities to tackle some unique design challenges and interaction paradigms sparked by new technologies such as AI.
