Job Description
- Develop and implement performance management strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Design and administer performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on performance management best practices.
- Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of performance management processes with talent management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
