Your mission:

Drive our growth to become the largest parking booking platform in the Netherlands. Create and manage a roadmap that unifies customer journeys simplifies bookings and delivers measurable business results.

As a Senior Product Manager you will tackle complex and exciting challenges. You will be tasked with shaping our product strategy driving the roadmap and ensuring consistent delivery of highquality features.

Key responsibilities:

• Shape product strategy: define and drive product strategy even in ambiguous areas.
• Own the roadmap: Develop and align the teams roadmap. Motivate clients with a compelling vision.
• Stakeholder alignment: Ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders incorporating diverse perspectives.
• Problem articulation: Clearly define and refine complex problems. Guide experiments to test assumptions and hypotheses.
• User focus: engage with users for feedback and insights. Collaborate with product designers to maximize product value.
• Consistent delivery: ensure reliable product delivery. Identify and address quality risks.
• Success metrics: define and communicate success metrics aligning efforts with business value and company strategies.
• Collaboration and ownership: model collaboration. Take ownership of problems and proactively find solutions.
• Decisive leadership: Make quick meaningful decisions. Drive prompt issue resolution. Balancing stakeholder needs and aligning diverse perspectives.
• Navigate ambiguity: refine problem statements and continuously seek user insights to create impactful solutions.
• Adaptability: Adapt quickly to changing priorities. Provide direction and clarity in ambiguous situations.

What youll need:

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management preferably in consumerfacing apps.
• Proven track record of independently driving product strategy and development.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and metricsdriven decisionmaking.
