Job Description
- Manage content on online platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather content requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and make necessary corrections or flag issues to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with professionals to improve content presentation
- Ensure the content is up-to-date
- Perform quality checks to maintain content integrity, grammar, and spelling accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with copyright laws, data privacy regulations, and industry standards
- Support other team members and clients, and conduct training programs and workshops
- Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations in handling sensitive information
- Retrieve, compile, and organize data from various sources for entry
- Conduct data validation and cleansing to identify and rectify data inconsistencies, duplicates, or inaccuracies
- Assist in maintaining documentation, filing systems, or other administrative tasks related to data management
- Support on related tasks requested by the line manager
