Mustbe a US Citizen or Green Cardholder. is seeking strategic, detail-orientedsoftware engineers to join our Quantitative Research team as aQuantitative Developer. You'll be assisting our Head of Quantitative Research in creating and maintaining models for research projectsusing C++.We're small, nimble, casual (no suits shoesoptional), and passionate about our mission and the projects wecreate. Asa member of our Quantitative Research team, you will have trueownership over your projects from beginning to end, with anemphasis on accountability overmicromanagement. Note: This position can beremote or on-site at our NYClocation in a hybrid capacity. Current NYC COVID laws require proof of vaccination upon entry tothe workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with Quantitative Researchteam to develop software products using C++ andPython Engineer new quantitative models and datapipelines in production code Provide software prototyping support for newresearch ideas and maintain current softwareproducts. Experience with Python, Linux, SQL, AWS,Redis, Postgres, Git, Docker, orCMakeExperience with development infrastructureand setting up developmentenvironments. Familiarity with Boost and Eigen C++libraries Experience with quantitative modeling,statistics, or linear algebra Familiarity with options orderivatives Experience working with scientific ormathematical backend software ispreferred. Strong written and verbal communicationskills with the ability to handle multiple projects atonce. Ability to work independently and work in ateam to improve developmentprocesses.
