Job Description
Stratfield is seeking a Business Development Manager with experience within the manufacturing and CAD/CAM industry to join our client a leading software company for the machinery industry.
The BDM will work within an assigned territory and focus on new seat sales for new and existing companies along with upselling and services for existing companies.
This is a remote direct hire position. Candidates must be local to the US. Sorry sponsorship is not available for this position.

What is required:
- Solid background in a sales account management or business development position.
- Experience using various sales tools including Salesforce LinkedIn Navigator Zoom Info etc.
- Experience within the manufacturing and CAD/CAM industry.
- Strong background fostering key relationships with decision makers within an organization.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the desire to be highly collaborative.
- Strong organizational skills and desire to be successful.
- A degree in Manufacturing or similar field is preferred.
