Customs Coordinator fmd

To support our Customs team we are searching for a Customs Coordinator (f/m/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.

Tasks

• Prepare customs invoices and all other export documents for customer orders
• Create export declarations using ATLAS
• Classify goods according to the customs tariff
• Maintain data in the ERP system
• Collaborate closely with internal departments especially Shipping
• Address all inquiries related to customs issues or delays
• Coordinate with shipping service providers and customs authorities worldwide

Requirements

• Completed training e.g. as a foreign trade clerk freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or similar
• Professional experience in customs
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Solid knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamics Navision is an advantage
• Conscientious handling of customer data selfresponsibility and reliability
