WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU

• research and engineer approaches to improve developer satisfaction and increase developer velocity
• spanning the entire process of designing building testing deploying releasing and monitoring
• areas cover release task automation testing automation (Performance end2end etc.)
• AI testing automation for generative AI based features (Quality and confidence of results)
• provide and promote TDD best practises new tools trainings as enablement
• lead crossteam and tribe initiatives
• technical leader for team help improve teams engineering culture e.g. defining best practices tech debt pair programming etc
• Mentor and coach other engineers in the areas of developer experience
