About the Job:
We are looking for a topperforming salesperson with a proven track record in the CPG industry and a passion for taking your career to the next level. With a growing demand for our products we need to expand into new markets and are focused on building out the convenience (CStore) channel. We are looking for a sales superstar to help us take our company to the next level. As a hands on IC you will be a key player in the organizations growth working closely with the CEO and VP of Sales. Your expertise within CStore will allow you to scale and flourish your division with future plans of expansion and additional product add.

Weve acquired some amazing and big name customers without a fulltime sales hire (Our VP is getting started now and we are looking for a Cstore expert for that division) so if youre a hungry sales superstar looking to bet on yourself this is a golden opportunity to crush it!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the CStore channel to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Manage relationships with key customers and partners to ensure longterm success and growth.
  • Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive activity in the CStore channel to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute gotomarket strategies and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products to customers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends competition and customer needs
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the CStore channel to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and deliver accurate sales forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Proven track record of success in CStore sales with at least 5 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry with a focus on snack products or relevant food and bev category products.
  • Established network or book of business in the CStore channel.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for supporting and empowering veterans
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with key C Store customers partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze CStore market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Selfstarter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
