Job Summary: We are seeking a detailoriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under strict deadlines. As a Data Entry Clerk you will be responsible for accurately inputting data into our system maintaining and updating records and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into the company database
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Maintain and update records as needed
- Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments to gather and input necessary data
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy before entering it into the system
- Assist with data analysis and reporting as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
