Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a sales engineer at Bash Services. He/she will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including prospecting and generating leads, conducting sales meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and building and maintaining client relationships. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales with pest control companies (preferable).
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of facility management services and solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
