Due to company growth and expansion a great opportunity is available for a Commercial Landscaper to join their hardworking project delivery team.

You will be working with a group of likeminded motivated people who work together to achieve a common goal.

The requirements of your role will be to support the Operations Manager/Supervisor in varying capacity depending on their requirements but predominantly construct and oversee construction on major developments including new housing estate street scaping parks construction revegetation turfing planting concreting fencing boxing up etc.

At times you will be the senior staff member on site as such you will oversee and drive the construction program. You may also be required to liaise on a professional level with key stakeholders including clients and consultants.

Note: This is a handson role.

Construction Duties and Responsibilities

• Construct commercial spaces.
  
• Carry out general landscape duties as required.
  
• Assist with formwork concreting turfing fencing bollards planting and general construction
  
• Coordinate material delivery s
  
• Follow WH&S procedures and practices when required implement the required procedures.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes: Grounds Maintenance Experience: Proven experience in commercial grounds maintenance is essential. Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail is crucial when it comes to maintaining the aesthetics of commercial properties. Reliability: Dependability is key in delivering consistent and high-quality maintenance services. Qld Construction White Card: Possession of a Qld Construction White Card is required. Chemical Spray Experience: Experience with chemical spraying for weed control and pest management is preferred. Own Transport: You should have access to your own transportation to get to crew meeting point.
