Position: Operations Assistant

Working Hours: MondayFriday 9am5pm CST

Salary Range: $2000 $5000 USD/monthly.

Type of contract: Independent Contractor.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Build and manage calendars for holidays ensuring timely execution of tasks.
• Run AI scripts twice daily to generate blog content.
• Refresh and update images using AI tools.
• Draft emails using AI to write compelling copy.
• Manage collections and banners on the website.
• Use Ahrefs to identify related keywords for upcoming holidays and target blog content accordingly.
• Run copy through AI detectors to ensure originality.

Requirements:

• 35 years of experience as an Operation Assistant or any similar position.
• Some marketing experience or a high level of social engagement with personal projects.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and skills.
• Ability to handle a variety of operational functions as the role expands.
• Highly organized and detailoriented.
• Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working with AI tools and technologies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Adaptable and open to taking on new responsibilities as needed.
