Job Description

Provide regular progress reports and elevate issues to the Authority.
Manage the day-to-day operational & contract aspects of projects.
Be responsible for providing feedback regarding project progress, deviations, changes and ensuring that the projects are delivered to Ashghal Standards
Handover the site (possession of site), Pre-contract meeting (kick-off), and ROs and approvals officially to the Consultant
Monitor (after liaising with traffic unit) traffic diversions and ensure it is effective and safe.
Ensure that a quality control, safety plan compliance with QCS & Ashghal
Specify and coordinate with Quality Department
