Job Description:
As a Graduate Wealth Manager you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the field of wealth management. No prior experience is required; we welcome candidates from diverse academic backgrounds who demonstrate a strong interest in finance investment and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their financial goals risk tolerance and investment preferences.
Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess clients current financial situations and develop personalised investment strategies to help them achieve their objectives.
Portfolio Management: Assist in the construction and management of investment portfolios utilising a range of asset classes and investment vehicles to optimise returns while managing risk.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends economic developments and regulatory changes to provide informed investment advice and recommendations to clients.
Client Communication: Communicate investment strategies performance updates and market insights to clients through regular meetings presentations and written reports.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct in all client interactions.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments including research trading and operations to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional service to clients.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make sound investment decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
A proactive and selfmotivated attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
Commitment to professional development and obtaining relevant industry qualifications (e.g. CFA CISI) is desirable but not essential.
