This includes talent acquisition learning and development employee engagement compensation and benefits and labor relations. The HR Manager will also play a key role in shaping the companys culture and ensuring that it aligns with the companys strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement new HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues.
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process.
4. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
5. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
6. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies systems tactics and procedures across the organization.
7. Nurture a positive working environment.
8. Managing and monitoring employee KPIs.
9. Interviewing Hiring Laying Off Onboarding and Offboarding of employees.
10. Implementation and management of HRIS and HR tools.
KPIs and Goals
1. Employee turnover rate: Aim to keep this as low as possible.
2. Time to fill open positions: Aim to reduce this time.
3. Employee engagement score: Aim to increase this score.
4. Compliance with labor laws: Aim for zero violations.
5. Cost per hire: Aim to reduce this cost.
6. Ensure seamless transition to new HRIS.
Skillset Required
1. Proven experience in a senior HR role.
2. Deep understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
3. Excellent active listening negotiation and presentation skills.
4. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
5. Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
6. Strong experience with recruitment.
7. Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.
Experience Required
A minimum of 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. A degree in Human Resources or related field is required. Professional certification in HR (such as PHR SPHR SHRMCP or SHRMSCP) is preferred.
Other
It will be beneficial if the candidate has experience using softwares and tools including but not limited to: ClickUp Airtable and Rippling.
