Head of Supply Chain – Restaurant Chain Solo

Our client is a nation wide restaurant chain and they are hiring Head of Supply Chain

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients and materials to all restaurant locations.

2. Oversee inventory management forecasting and procurement processes to optimize costs and minimize wastage.

3. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

4. Implement efficient logistics and distribution networks to streamline delivery processes and meet operational demands.

5. Lead a team of supply chain professionals providing guidance training and performance evaluations to ensure departmental objectives are met.

6. Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

7. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

8. Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including operations finance and marketing to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.

9. Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

10. Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain to reduce environmental impact and promote responsible sourcing practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management logistics business administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

2. Proven experience in supply chain management preferably in the food or restaurant industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

3. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement inventory management and distribution.

4. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

5. Proficiency in using supply chain management software and analytical tools.

6. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.

7. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

10. Fluent in Indonesian and English languages.
