General Manager Operation

Our client is looking for an experienced General Manager of Operations with a minimum of 8 years in the F&B industry to lead our local F&B business in Indonesia. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency and high standards across all outlets. Responsibilities include managing staff optimizing operational processes ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and driving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a deep understanding of the F&B landscape in Indonesia and a proven ability to manage and scale operations effectively.
