The PR Specialist will work closely with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and coordinate efforts to engage with media stakeholders and the public.

Key Responsibilities

• Media Relations:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with journalists bloggers and influencers.
  • Write and distribute press releases media kits and other public relations materials.
  • Coordinate and manage media requests and inquiries.

• Event Coordination:

  • Plan and execute PR events including press conferences media tours and promotional events.
  • Manage event logistics and ensure seamless execution.

• Brand Management:

  • Develop and implement strategic PR plans to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and public sentiment.
  • Prepare and manage crisis communication plans and responses.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities.

• Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track and report on PR campaign performance and media coverage.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving future PR efforts.
