As a Call Center Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers addressing their inquiries resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about products services and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer concerns.
• Accurately input and update customer information in the database.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
• Strive to meet or exceed quality and performance targets.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
